RULES

#1) UNITY + SAFETY :

We focus on what the group is doing and taking care of each other.
Come out of the world – Ipods, cell phones, and video games distract and disconnect you. If we see them used during group times, we confiscate them. You can pick them up after the event is over from whoever confiscated it.
Stay together – Your leader must be aware of where you are at all times, especially when we travel.  Seatbelts must be worn whenever we are in the car.
No pairing off during youth events.  Romance, flirting, dating, and dumping need to happen at some other time and place.
Play together – Everyone capable of participating should participate.
No excluding people or invitation only events. Everyone is invited to every activity.
Worship together – Keep your attention on the One who is worthy or our worship. If you get tapped on the shoulder by an adult, go find a new place to sit.
Learn together – When a person is leading, give them your attention. Shoulder tap rule applies here too. (If you get tapped on the shoulder by an adult leader, find a new place to sit)
Grow together – Support the direction of your small group by contributing relevant stuff.
Adult to student ratio’s must be 2 adults for every 12 students.
See adult leader policies to find out what rules our leaders must follow.

#2)  HONOR :
We take care of the people God surrounds us with.
Absolutely no insults, even if it is just kidding.
No closed circles (Think U shapes) Make room for people to join in.
No mean spirited pranks or picking on people.
We wear modest clothing.
No form fitting clothes
No cleavage or crackage
Pants, skirts, skorts, and shorts must go past the fingertips and sit on the hips.
We take care of the things God gives us.
Clean up after yourself (Wrappers, drinks, ect.)
If you take it out, you put it away.
If you leave stuff, it will be put in the church lost and found.

Take care of church property.
Keep your feet off the chairs and furniture.
Count the cushions then add one and that is how many people can sit on a couch
Sports, running, throwing, wrestling, and other rough activities should go to the gym or outside.
Don’t take out items/equipment without adult permission.
Don’t touch instruments unless you are playing in the worship band.
Don’t use equipment for personal enjoyment (games, facebook, videos, secular music, ect...)

#3) SUBMISSION : We submit to authority and support our leaders
Attending here means that you agree to follow the rules and obey the leaders, any person who refuses to do this will be sent home.
